By using Simple Base Swap you agree to these terms. Simple Base Swap is a non-custodial, self-custody wallet interface for the Base network.

Self-custody

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase. We cannot recover it for you. Loss of the recovery phrase means permanent loss of access to your funds.

No exchange or custody

We do not take custody of your assets, operate an exchange, or act as a counterparty to your transactions. Swaps execute on-chain through third-party decentralized protocols that we do not control.

No financial advice

Nothing in the app is financial, investment, or legal advice. Digital assets are volatile and you use the app at your own risk.

Prohibited use

You may not use the app where prohibited by law, or for unlawful activity. Sanctioned jurisdictions are excluded.
